BaLora Design Group is an industrial design and product engineering firm in Nairobi, working across the whole path from concept to manufactured part. Their capabilities cover CFD simulation and digital twins, additive manufacturing across SLS, SLA, SLM, DED and FDM, laser cutting, and CNC and metal work including forming, casting, and surface finishes. That combination means a design can be modelled, simulated, and physically made without leaving one team.

Maxmillian Mwenda, BaLora's founder, is one of the engineers who writes on SiliconWit. BaLora and SiliconWit also collaborate on design and engineering projects from time to time.
